Event Policy
1. Event Planning

Chef's Counter will work closely with the client to plan the event, including menu selection and event logistics.

A pre-event consultation may be conducted to finalize details and ensure the client's needs are met.
2. On the Day of the Event

The chef will arrive 30 minutes prior to the event start time to set up.

The client and guests will participate in the cooking process of the dish or dishes agreed prior with the chef.

After the meal, the chef will clean the kitchen and ensure the dishes are safely placed inside the dishwasher if available.
3. Client Responsibilities

Ensure the kitchen is clean and ready for use.

Provide necessary kitchen equipment and utensils, as agreed with the chef.

Free up space in the refrigerator as requested.

Allow access to the kitchen for a pre-event assessment if needed.

Set up the table for their guests, unless otherwise agreed prior with the chef

Ensure kids are kept at a safe distance during the cooking class and food preparation
4. Event Duration

The event will run for a maximum of 4 hours, excluding the initial set up.

Any additional hour will incur a surcharge of $200 per hour, to be paid on the spot, as decided by the chef.
